got my 1st weigh in this morning

will finally see how much i weigh on the scales. Am looking forward to it as i WILL never see that number again on the scales. Healthy eating starts here.

Have spoken to the consultant and had a chat, she seems very friendly which is a good sign.

Good luck DD!! It's always a scary prospect, but as you very rightly say, you'll never see that number again! It's nearly a year since I stepped into my class for the first time, and I can't believe how quickly that time has gone! So just think what you can acheive in a year!! thanks for all your support. group was really lovely and even knew a faces so was really helpful.

My start weight is 12stone 10lbs.
