Got to lose that chub!!

Ok I had 2 sausages, red onion, carrots and green beans.

I'm not lighter on the scales but feel my clothes getting looser. Hope I'm not doing anything wrong!!

Yes I think they were 3.5 each. I believe they are my only syns of the day x

Today consists of: Original

Breakfast: Alpen bar (HexB)
Snack: Banana and Babybel (HexA)
Lunch: BLT Sandwich that is to the SW recipe! 2 slices of wholemeal toast (HexB??) and salad with a Mullerlight yoghurt for after
Snack: Grapes and strawberries
Tea: SW Burger from the freezer, bacon obv with fat removed and lots of veg!

2 litres+ of water and lots of black coffees.

Hope I have my healthy extras worked out right today? x

On original and green you get 2 x hea and 2 x HEB. An alpen bar is half a heb so you get another x wholemeal bread allowance is 60g for a heb x

I have 2 slices of nimble so is that a HexB? Do I replace that rather than have another B?

Depends how much it weighs - I'm certain that nimble is more than 2 slices as it's so light x you could have had 2 alpen lights as your Heb or 60g of wm bread. You can split them and have half and half tho, so 1 alpen bar and 30 of wm bread? Hope that doesn't confuse you too much x

Had an Indian and roast this weekend so not good....but today is a new day!!

Today will consist of: Red Day

Breakfast; Bran flakes (HexB) and semi skimmed milk (HexA)
Snack; Babybell (HexA) and Alpen Light bar (HexB)
Lunch; Ham Salad, Lettuce, Gherkins and cucumber and Mullerlight yoghurt
Snack; Grapes, Strawberries and Banana
Tea; Steak with vegetables

Plenty of black coffee and water!

Hope this looks ok and that you have been getting on well x

Lunch: Spaghetti on toast -brown nimble x 2 40g slices (HexB??)
Tea: Garlic mushrooms with mange tout, green beans and jacket potato - the SW way
Syns: Maltesers chocolate bar

Plenty of water and black coffee
 
Today: Not sure what day today is.....I think green due to noodles at tea?

Noticed that every day you have an alpen bar and a babybel for your second A & B. Double check as you can probably gave more than 1 babybel and you can have 2 alpen light bars xx

Yeh I think I can have more but I don't tend to want them? Sounds silly but would I lose more weight from having them or wouldn't it make much difference? X

They're for health reasons tho, A choice for calcium and B choice for fibre! You also get a second A choice as research has proven that calcium can aid weightloss xx

If you are splitting your healthy extras you need to make sure you have the full amount in total! Altho you've only 1 alpen bar, so you've got half an A and half a B left so yes, you could have 30g of cheddar as that's both an A and a B on green :) hope that makes sense xx

I was a bit naughty at the weekend. Chinese, Sausage and Chips, Pasty and a flake ice cream.... BUT I don't seem to have put any weight on??

Breakfast and lunch look fine :) you've still got 1/2 a HexB as you get 2 alpen lights as your B :) altho if you only want one, that is also an option x
