Ah that's what it prob was lol!!

today is a bit naughty but here goes; green

breakfast; bran flakes (hexB) and semi skimmed milk (hexA)
snack; banana, kiwi and nectarine
lunch; bachelors pasta thing with milk and water
snack; muller light
tea; Chinese from the shop which will prob be egg fried rice with sweet n sour sauce

plenty of water and black coffee x

Didn't end up having Chinese.....we had Indian....needless to say I've had no syns today lol x
 
Yeh it could have been I guess BUT today at work, I brought in Super Noodles.

I didn't know that our electric was going to be off today but it is!! So....we all headed to Mc D's and I had some BAD stuff :(

Tomato and Mushroom pasta SW style for tea though......

Tea: Syn free wedges, lots of veg and quorn chicken pieces

OK....boiler and electric went at home so only packed my lunch on what I could get!!

Tea; Not too sure!!
