It's been a nice day , although it's been foggy all day and a bit nippy , did a bit of walking along the prom , il just check my fit bit to see what I have walked , oh not too much just short of 4 miles

Ok been Dr again this morning now need given sleeping tabs , I don't sleep well but I never really do so didn't really see that as being the problem , I have to have bloods again so might have to see if there is an appointment nx wed otherwise it's going to be after my op so I'd be looking at another month or so,
I got an appointment this afternoon for a mamarygram it says in the leaflet that they are doing clinical trials and that's the reason I've been sent for while I'm under 50, it's almost the toss of a coin if your chosen, so I'm a bit nervous but on the whole feel very lucky to be having it ,

I walked onto the prom , I had a challenge with myself , the naughty voice was screaming get some chips , I asked myself are you hungry ? No I wasn't so I walked away and for the bus out of harms way, hope i can stay strong the remainder of the day, I'm so close to new milestones I don't want to fall back into old ways ,
