gram flour GI?

can any 1 tell me what Gi is gram flour?
as i make me a chapati (flatbread) of gram flour and stoneground wholemeal flour, i cant find that if gram flour is allowed or not. thanx
 
I just looked in Anthony Worrall Thompson's gi diet book and Chapati is consider medium GI.

baisen(chick pea flour) is gram flour , so it is Low Gi .thanx for usefull links.
