It seems to me though that this would work near enough the same with anything fruit and veg alike??

If i ate a BNS with every meal im sure i would loose more as i would be full up on something that is low calorie - or Super free (for those on slimming world) instead of eating potatoes or meat which are higher in calories.

It cant hurt to try it though :)

I think it is supposed to work better than any other fruit/veg though because of the effect it has on insulin levels. Im doing weight watchers so if it boosts my weight loss Ill come back here and let you know

I might try this during the month of April and see what happens. Strictly speaking will be trying to maintain - but we will see. Half with every meal!

Ooh I read about grapefruit before, said to drink a glass before meals which I'd imagine would be v sugary. The fruit itself is prob better but I'd get a sickener very soon lol.

I do tend to have 1/2 a grapefruit for my breakfast, but that is because I like them....no idea about before every meal....intriguing. If anyone does do it, please let the rest of us know the results!
