It seems to me though that this would work near enough the same with anything fruit and veg alike??
If i ate a BNS with every meal im sure i would loose more as i would be full up on something that is low calorie - or Super free (for those on slimming world) instead of eating potatoes or meat which are higher in calories.
I think it is supposed to work better than any other fruit/veg though because of the effect it has on insulin levels. Im doing weight watchers so if it boosts my weight loss Ill come back here and let you know
