I would of thought it would be quite high in syns if you use the meat fat for gravy

I don't think meat juice is free, although all stock is which I don't get. I'm sure I read on here somewhere that homemade stock is free and yet that is made from meat/bones boiled in water. Also if you were to make homemade chicken soup with fresh chicken and veg it would be free (and all the juice from the chicken would come out in it) yet if you roast a chicken you have to syn the juices that come out! I'm confused!!!!!
