Graze box???

Hiya

Has anyone seen those Graze boxes? you get them delivered to your house, work etc? They look really healthy my colleagues are always eating them...Just wondered if any of them are syn free?!

My daughter gets these & yes they are so yummy, but not syn free. There may be some hex's in there but not too sure, you may be just as well taking a look online & working the syns & then decide whether you want to purchase or not.

Hi hannon, I used to get these. They are very yummy but not syn free! I cancelled my deliveries when I joined SW. Some of the items are listed on the SW website so it's worth doing some searches if you have access. Most of my favourites seem to be between 9-12 syns per punnet! (eg pistachios, seeds, flapjack etc)
Pesonally, I think these are the sorts of treats that are healthy options once you've reached your goal and are maintaining, but not while you're still losing weight
