Total Solution Greasy skin

Hi I'm on day 5 and I have noticed my skin is extra greasy. Does anyone else get this or know why please? X

maybe you TOTM is due, mines always breaks out like that x

A VLCD is more likely to give you dry skin than a greasy skin.

I've not had either greasy or dry skin and I'm a few days shy of doing this diet for 14 weeks. X

I always get horrible skin when its my TOTM I use the bodyshop teatree range that tends to take the edge off it x
