Height: 5'10" tall
Water: As much as I possibly can...usually 8-9 litres a day
Exercise: Toning exercises every day and walk everywhere I possibly can

I would think the main combination of height and exercise is the main factor.

8-9 litres a day is a lot of water. Do you mean pints by any chance:confused:

Nope...litres for sure. I always drank tons of water before I started LL because it has a huge effect on my skin.

I try to tell myself a few times a day that age old saying of "The more you drink the more you shrink!"

Just rejoined after completing lighter life last years and due to taking medication last year ended putting 3 stone back on. The first time round I lost just under 6 stone in 6 months it is a really good diet and would urge everyone to keep going as it really works.

Had my pop in weigh in and lost 10.1 pounds in 3 days absolutely over the moon, wondering if it is coming off quicker due to the fact I put most of it on due to taking medication.

How do I add a ticker?

Well done on the weight loss - just brilliant. :)

So does it really make a huge difference the amount of water you drink currently I drink around 5ltrs a day but if it does considering uping this !!??

way to go Mandee, I've just upped my water, I do at least 6 litres a day, more if I can and it does make a difference :D anyway, you should be so proud of yourself... great losses so far :D
