I've started Slim Fast 3 or 4 days ago and I am enjoying being in control and I am really liking the shakes. Sometimes though even after my snacks (which I spread throughout the day) and the shakes, I'm still hungry. I'm concerned as I thought being hungry meant my body would store fat, preventing a good weekly weight loss. Has anyone got any tips on how they spread their snacks, shakes and meal out that could help me tackle this problem? I'd really appreciate it, as I want to stick to Slim Fast long term and want to lose around 3lbs a week :)
