Starting again!!


Today

Breakfast: 35g Porridge (HEB ) with 200ml skimmed milk (HEA) and sweetener

Lunch: cous cous cooked in stock with tomato, cucumber and 45g feta cheese (HEA)

Dinner: Syn free lentil curry and syn free pilau rice with a wholemeal pitta bread (HEB ) and raita (1/2 syn)

Snacks: Fat free yoghurt; one of those mini aldi chocolate eggs (can't be more than a couple of syns) and I shared a sugar free jelly with my toddler (less than half a syn).

Total: 4 or 5 syns tops
