    I have fat free fromage frais that needs using, quorn in the freezer and onion, mushroom, carrot, peppers, cougette etc what can i make from those that will make me a scrummy dinner??? i always make the same kinda things and im getting bit bored. Also ive never used fromage frais in a recipe thats been successful. Anyone got any ideas please?

    Shaz - have you got chilli powder? If so, have a look at my recipe below for veggi chilli, you could add your quorn to it too, and then make it really spicey so you can have a big dollop of FF on the top?
