Green tea/ flavoured green tea/water target

Hi All,

Is the green tea with flavouring allowed? The Twinning's range? For example I have just discovered the Green tea with apple and pears OMG its AMAZING it actually tastes like honey! I want to try the other flavours (I hate plain green tea and I tried the green tea with lemon YUCK) I have been told that green tea really helps speed up metabolism so I am trying to drink that instead of coffee, ALSO will this count towards my water intake?

it d check with your counsellor or email the company but i suspect it not, as their could be sweeteners in it but green tea on it own is allowed and the water would count in your intake.
