Greggs!

Long story short. I ate a greggs ham salad sandwich and then looked on mfp and it said 13 grams of fat.... Ooops. I had no idea! On mfp. Is the info per 100g or per sandwich? Panic!!

Haha im so scared! I just thought id be okay because it was brown bread, ham. Lettuce and tomato with no mayo! No idea how its that bad for me! X

By the way, there was no packaging on the back of the sandwich just on the my fitness plan search x

The only thing I can think that was in there may have been the butter/marg. Am sure it has to have been per pack hon x

It said low fat spread. Still no side effects so doing ok so far! Xx

im thinking its high in fat cos of the butter/spread they use. u shud be ok hun xx
