"Groetjes" from Holland

Hey everyone!
My name is Mary Ann, I'm 22 and I live and study in the Netherlands.
After puberty I've gained lots and lots of weight (thanks to my skinny-no-matter-what-he-eats-boyfriend ;)) until I ended up with 187lbs in November 2006. I went on a diet, counting calories and managed to loose a lot of weight. After all loosing it was not as much of a problem as maintaining it. At some point I ended up with 110lbs, and I looked really bad. Now I am 130lbs - I want to loose 10lbs, and then maintain my weight.

I think you are a healthy weight but if you would like to lose more weight you could eat more healthily and do some exercise. I have a eats-what -he-likes- boyfriend too who is Dutch! He eats everything and is nice and thin...but I am not so I am losing weight for our wedding this October!
