    Hubby was really good as in he has lost over 2 stone now and not really doing diet has just cut back on what he eats and makes wiser choices and has been going on treadmill every night. Well after the events of last weekend we have both been a tad off track but today he is telling me to go to shop and buy diet coke and crisps and biscuits and sweeties for the car as we are away tonight to drive to Glasgow then tomoro Birmingham as we gonna see AC/DC and on Fri take kids to Alton Towers and go visit my friend on way back up road Fri night and home Sat night. I said to him I am trying to get back my focus and get back on plan and when away will be trying to have good things to eat not snacks and junk food. I just wish he would get back in zone as he was good at keeping me on track and now he is leading me astray and I really don't want to as I need to stay focused or I will fail and just get upset with myself again. Why do things have to be so hard! :sigh:

    Sometimes they are great & sometimes they are just a pain in the arse - mine has sat & eaten 4 easter eggs in front of me & even offered some of each one as well - drives me insane because sometimes he can be so thoughtful & then at others so bloody thoughtless, no wonder we go off the rails some weeks.

    Hope you enjoy AC/DC though - I haven't seen them live since Fly on the Wall - wanted to go this time but couldn't get tickets in time:wave_cry:

    Oh I love AC/DC. If I were you I would get back on plan and leave hubby to do what he wants. At the end of the day you can fully take responsibility and control and say to him that you want to get back in the "zone" with or without him, you'll probably find he'll follow suit as well. Good luck and have a goo trip

    Calorie counting and shakes
    long car journeys are so hard without something to nibble on arent they? How about you taken fruit and some sticks of veg like cucumber, peppers and carrots etc? Take plenty of water with you as well :) could you also get some sugar free sweets to suck on like werthers?
