I'm doing so badly! I was calorie counting - but I eat out so much it just doesn't suit my lifestyle. We don't really have home cooked meals so I just eat on the go or we go out and get something. I just find it hard to count calories. I am desperate to see a result though! I don't even have that much to lose! I would ideally like to lose between 7-14lbs but it's just not happening :(

You could always get a smaller size meal from what you normaly get.
and in your free time go for a run or walk just to get your weight loss going a bit more. ( Keep up the good work ) . xxx
