I'm doing so badly! I was calorie counting - but I eat out so much it just doesn't suit my lifestyle. We don't really have home cooked meals so I just eat on the go or we go out and get something. I just find it hard to count calories. I am desperate to see a result though! I don't even have that much to lose! I would ideally like to lose between 7-14lbs but it's just not happening :(
 
What about increasing your exercise? Might be a way of shifting a few lbs without changing your diet :)
