It's WI day, after two weeks of scoffing and eating like a pig! I'm so annoyed with myself, as I intended on getting back on track last Monday and then I didn't! And I'll tell you why I didn't? Cos of bloody * week! I know I've not weighed in yet, but I'm expecting a gain.

I won't be at WI next Monday either, cos of being away, so I really do need a kick up the bum, so kick away peoples! I want that 2 stone sticker!!!!

we all have bad days don't beat yourself up about it its gone there is nothing you can do about it and today is a whole new start good lock we have all had hick ups good luck with the new start

I know how you feel. I have eaten anything that stood still this last week :( was expecting a gail as * week here too but I was 'lucky' and STS...now I just need to get back on track....any tips?
