I can personally recommend Jillian Michaels dvd's she does make you sweat I have 30 day shred and a new one which i cant remember what its called but its a pure 40 min cardio workout. I done that one today and was sweating harder than I do after the gym and its interval training so you use all your body doing it
One thing I would say tho is that her workouts are quite hard at first but if I cant do something I just make the exercise easier and I still sweated like a pig lol
Also Davina is good, Jillian and Davina are the only two I would ever use now.
