My consultant told us the same. Which i think is good as i don't use the stuff alot.
Good to know because I find it hard to use my hexb as I cant find cereal bars that I like that are in this category.
And I love bread but cant have it without synfull butter!
There is a huge list of possible healthy extras though, not just bread and cereal bars
It is still a good idea to get used to having them, if only because you get more when you reach target. And the list is so long (over 2000 branded healthy extras) it should be easy to fit them into your menu plan every day. Even things like extra virgin olive oil, flavoured milks etc
