Step 1 Sole Source Guilt trip!!!

After 4 days on plan I caved and ate! So disappointed in myself it's unreal!!! Had being doing well and had been losing weight but then ate a whole meal!'

I am so disappointed and can't believe I did it!!! HELP!!
 
Put it behind you, honestly it was just a little blip and you are better being proud in what you achieved so far and carrying on. Good luck - you can do this xx
 
I know how you feel suzykate37 I also had a full binge session on my 4th day :( chocolate, crisps, ice cream etc! I just want today to end so I can start all over again tomorrow :cry:- WE CAN DO IT!!!!
