thanks . me 2 i have been doing sw for awhile but preivously i did ww , drove frinds nuts about points and how many points were in certain foods , am going to nandos 2morrow for my birthday and while i want to be good and go for somehing on plan what i really want is 2 many syns and i just know i will feel guilty the rest of the day . Not sure wether i should take an ee day or flexi syn day .
yep, not only going over syns, even though I know I have plenty left for the week, but if I eat anything that would be classed as a fatty food ie cheese even though I'm having it as a healthy extra. All in the mind!
