I'm so determined to do it this time. My best friend is doing LL and in 12 weeks she lost 3 and a half stone, and continued over Xmas and new year with the occasional glass of bubbly to help her through. If she can do it, then so can I!!!!!!

You can definitely do it! She did better than me, there was far too much temptation over the festive period so I just gave up on the plan completely til it was over!
