Hey chick. It's probably water retention due to TOTM. Don't fret my lovely. You're gorgeous anyway. If the same happens next week, maybe try and shake things up by doing the wendi plan. Love you, don't despair!!! xxx

Ah I had a sts this week, it is discouraging but stick with it ! You look really lovely in your new picture. Very healthy and pretty. Just think of the end goal. Picture yourself when you are at your target weight when you feel like giving up. xx

I had quite a lot of STS on the way down and it tended to be before TOTM (that's a lot of acronyms!) The upside was that sometimes I had a better than average loss the week after. No guarantees, but you never know. If you think water retention may be affecting you, drink plenty of water and watch your salt intake.

Awww it's so frustrating and disheartening isnt it when you STS, but at least you didn't put any on :)

I STS for weeks and weeks hence me starting on the Wendi plan on Monday. I'm not due my official WI until Sunday but I had a sneaky weigh this morning and i've lost 1 1/2 lbs so far so hoping for at least 2 on Sunday.

Try the Wendy plan, I have found it so easy especially yesterday on my SLD, I took your advice and made zero point soup just to keep filling me up when hunger struck...I thought my SLD would be a nightmare but it wasn't.

Chin up and treat yourself to a glass of wine or something tonight ;)

im so gutted tbh, cant accept it! im in denial hahaha

im doing wendi this week based on 18pts, which is my average :) maybe not the right week to try it as its my totm soon (i hope!! lol) im so hoping for a loss. i felt i had done well this week, maybe not drank enough water though so will up that this week too.

It's crap when you get a sts when you've been so bloody good! It'll definately just be totm and I've no doubt you'll get your loss next week!!

PP might be an option, just to give your body a wee shake up?? Whatever you decide, you'll lose next week....you've no need to worry :D
