I've been 100% on plan all week and done loads of exercise but I've somehow managed to gain a lb. I'm so upset.
 
This can be due to new exercise i had a perfect week a few weeks ago it was defo at least a 4lb week but cause it was new and my body wasnt used to it i only lost 1lb x

Hi Tammy, have you measured your vitals (if you know what i mean) ;) you may not have lost but your shape might have changed, sounds silly i know but it happens measure your vitals and keep an eye on that as well as weight loss Good luck ;)
 
I know exactly how you feel! I started an exercise dvd recently and when i went to group thursday night i had put on half a pound! My consulatany did say it was probably due to starting a new exercise regime as your body holds on to water. I was so upset though and it has put me off doing my dvd again :/ xx
