During 2010 I want to get down to my goal weight of 11stone. Did ok in 2009 losing over 3 stone but know its going to get harder.

So, have just joined the gym and am now writing in my diary what I eat in a day (which I haven't done before - used to keep a running total in my head). Realised yesterday all the extra bits, i.e. ketchup etc I hadn't allocated for, so now its all going in the diary.
