I'm in desperate need to get motivated to go back to the gym. I used to go 3 times a week, until December then I had a cold and ended up with a bad chest towards Christmas. So, I only ended up going about 3 times in total in December. It was only open a few days over Christmas, which I dragged myself there and then ended up clock watching and basically going through the motions. I forced myself to go last Monday and clocked watched again.
So I decided last night to get my gear out and with all good intentions go this morning, I set the alarm early. But, when I did go off, cos it so dark I just switched it off and went back to sleep.
Does anyone have any ideas to help please?
