Gym question

    Hi,

    I've been on CD for a couple of weeks now and am feeling normal at last!!!
    Would it be ok to start going to the gym now or should I wait a week or two?

    Go with what your body tells you. I go to a ladies only gym and have been since week 1. We don't do any cardio though, just air resistance weights.

    Have a go but take it easy and go with what your body tells you!

    I still go to the gym at weekends.. i dont do a strenuous work out - just as much as my body can manage!
