Gym - swapping advice!

    I started the gym last friday and been going every other day...
    But i am going to go every day monday - fri if i can.
    Can anyone give advice what they find works for them program wise.

    i like using the handweights and (if its not already full) the weights room. the weights room gets full quickly with big muscly guys, who look at me as if to say whats she doing in here?

    I love the stairmaster machine. Not all gyms have them but they are fab for toning thighs and bums and burn lots of calories:)

    calorie counting and low carbs
    I used to have a few minutes on most things as they work different areas as you most probably know. So it's really according to what YOU need that matters rather like - what diet suits others doesn't necessarily mean it will suit you.

    Have a good time and don't try to do too much all at once....(and don't forget your warm up..very important!)

    I love the treadmill, try doing some interval training on it - very tiring but worth it! x
