I all I'm currently 11 weeks plus 2 I still am going gym using x trainer and walking up hill and swimming I have put. 6 in on already I'm trying not to put loads on like I did with my first it's hard all I want is carbs I'm trying to have my 5 a day too x I completely gone off tea coffee diet coke all I want is squash or I've cold water what's every one craving or what's people gone off ? X
 
Hi hun,its good to hear you still exercising, i aint done any.
I went to have my 12 week scan last week and so far put 6lbs on.
I lost stone and.half before got pregnant and felt great so dont wnt to put excessive amounts on but im sure im going to go a lot bigger.
I am craving everything i cnt have ha but i trying to have my good days and try nd stick to slimming world if i can
 
Hey ya that brill stone and half I did slimming world first time around but put loads on with it I would love to do it again this time I can't trust myself with " free food" and syn so I'm doing my fitness oak app sticking to 1400-1500 cal and excersing 3-4 times a week what's ur due date xxx I got my scan 2 weeks tomorow so nervous x
