I stayed the same this week but lost nearly 10lb in five weeks so am happy. I am wondering is the gym worth it or would a good walk be better !!I love walking ..
 
I joined the gym 2 weeks ago and I am trying desperately to make it pay for itself. My gym also has a swimming pool and any swimming and hydro running etc is included in my membership! Dont particularly like it but am determined to keep it up! x
 
Hi, I joined a gym start of Feb and although I don't really think it is making me lose weight quicker I like how I feel when I can do a bit more each time. Also the variety is good - managed to run really fast on the treadmill this morning!
 
i find i tend to lose slightly more on the weeks i do my gym work outs. i do 3 sessions a week - 45min zumba. 45min LBT and then 1-2hrs gym proper.

classes are a good way to work out with out feeling bored.

its all down to personal prefference really. gym will laso help with fitness and health even if not with wieght lose as such.
