had a blow out last nite please kick my butt

    well it is totm this week and I maintained. My cdc told me it is harder to maintain than it is actually to lose the weight which is true hence the need to lose weight now. I know I have done well so far losing 37.5lbs and 29.5 inches but had to eat last nite and it included having lemon cheesecake too.

    well its all out of my system now. I am on the straight and narrow today and am determined to have a good loss for my next weigh in on weds.

    words of wisdom welcomed or words of reality....... keep me going guys.:sigh:

    You've done brilliantly so far Bindi...I can sympathise as I haven't lost over the last 12 days and it is a real downer...but we have to keep our eyes on the prize! You must feel so much better from the weight you've already lost...I think we have to concentrate on what we've achieved rather than what we haven't! Keep your chin up!
