Had a day off

I had a valentines night out with hubby yesterday. I had planned it in advance and figured that a night out will be good for me' and motivate me'. We went for dinner and cocktails and I'm back on track and going smoothly today. I don't feel guilty for it but should I? I don't want to see food as this enemy. Physiologically I should still lose weight this week? Anybody else done this and found different? Xx
