Had a really bad stressful day yest and just blew it .......

SOmtimes days like that happen, despite planning and best efforts etc. All you can do is put it behind you.

It's worth trying to syn it all up, because it might not be as bad as you think and you may be able to salvage the week with some clever eating for the next few days!

dont worry about it, like hellicopter said try and syn it up- if ya cant and their are far too may syns to count up...... then really cut yr syn intake down to a minimum for the rest of the week ( well thats what i would do anyway lol)laura x

just enjoy what you have eaten...and get back on the plan tomorrow x
