had a really naughty day

It was filled with biscuits, double chocolate dough nuts and a large McDonald's with choc milk shake for tea and now I feel so so poorly still at 4am.
Acctually looking foward to my day of already planned meals and sticking to it 200%
I said when I started I would treat myself to a kebab once my 4 weeks was up, that's next week and I don't think I will now, would rather cook.it myself
 
We've all been there, the important thing is you're back on track & not letting one little slip last days/weeks.
 
Yes, we've all had blips but, at least, it's healthy food you're craving now! Just put it down to experience! :D

I had a naughty day too yesterday, don't think I ate anything horrendous, but definitely didn't bother counting my Syns, get back into it and you'll be fine, remember sometimes you need off days to carry on, or you'll end up really binging because you've been too harsh on yourself. Good luck :)
