Does anybody else find the evenings especially difficult? Even though I am in ketosis, around this time I feel so hungry. Am drinking lots of water (up half the night weeing, lol) but still find I am at my 'weakest' in the evening.

Thanks Jane! The decorating sounds like a GREAT idea! My house could definitely do with a little revamping. I have found that as I am no longer spending time thinking about my next meal that I have to find other things to do instead (if this makes sense).

Wow - what a great loss! If I could lose that amount in a month, I'd be skipping all the way to the fridge.....for yet another glass of water!
