and stayed the same !!! ( weight that is ) had so much stress with getting 3 lads to uni , A level results and increased work load at work ............ and chest infection , Chest X ray today ........now the lads have gone there are no carbs in the house ... so day one went well ....... and back for all your support ....... thanks x
