Ok i have a weird issue with my hair and its driving me mad!!!
I dunno if it has anything to do with CD, but it only started after i started the diet. Its whenever i wash my hair, when i dry it i get greasy sticky patches, i initally thought i hadnt rinsed it properley but now i rinse it loads, tried with hot or cold water but is still the same. it happens when i use any shampoo & cond so its not that.
The only time it doesnt do it is when i use a clarifying shampoo & cond. or if i spray dry shampoo into it when drying.
I dont use any products at all so i assume its a reaction to shampoos - but why now after 28years can i not use any shampoo i like?! its really upsetting me now as i always feel like i look grubby!
im wondering if it could be a hormonal thing? i have heard on here people say that CD messes up their monthlys - it doesnt mine - but could it cause other weird things?
anyone got any suggestions or had anyting like this before??
