Sunday:

B/FAST

2 Alpen Light bars (HEB)
Grapes

LUNCH

Jacket Potato
Tuna
42g Half Fat Cheddar (HEA)
2 Tbsp Xtra Light Mayo (2 SYNS)

DINNER

Rice
Stir Fry Veg
Soy Sauce
Prawns
Chilli, Paprika, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Ginger - marinade for Prawns
Fry Light

SNACKS

Sweet & Sour Mug Shot

DRINKS

1 1/2 litres water
Diet Pepsi

wow that looks good.... trying to figure out the red and green before I attempt to look at EE
 
Todays Menu

Breakfast : 2 Turkey Rashers, Baked Beans, 2 Poached Eggs

Lunch : Chicken Breast, S/W Chips, topped with 42g 1/2 fat cheese (HEA)

Dinner: Beef Steak, Stir Fry Veg, Soy Sauce, Egg Noodles

Snacks: 2 Hartleys Low Calories Jelly (1 Syn), 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEB), Honeydew Melon, Banana

Drinks: 1 1/2 Litres Water, Diet Pepsi
