Halcyon's SW Food Diary

Plus I'm really happy because my hip seems to be much better today. So I'll be able to start exercising soon.

Anyway I'll stop celebrating long enough to do my food diary, or maybe just pause...

23/03/2012:

Breakfast: 35g Porridge (HExB) with milk (from HExA), Banana.

Lunch: Baked Potato, 2 tbsp Baked Beans, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Low fat Cottage Cheese.

Dinner: Spaghetti (Wholewheat) Bolognese (SW recipe)

Snack: Alpen Light Bar (3 syns), Mullerlight Yoghurt, Clementine.

Drinks: Tea with Milk (5 syns) Options Hot Chocolate (2 syns).

24/03/2012:

Dinner - 1 slice grilled Bacon, grilled Tomato, Baked Beans, Mushrooms, Scrambled Eggs.

Snacks - Mullerlight fat-free Yoghurt, Alpen Light Bar (3 syns), Clementine, Grapes.

Drinks - Tea with Milk (5 syns).
 
Yesterday I didn't get up until late so, I wasn't that hungry so I had a Mugshot instead of the Baked Potato and the Bacon and eggs.

25/03/2012:

Breakfast - Porridge (HExB), Banana, Strawberries, Milk (HExA)

Lunch - Baked Beans, Scrambled Eggs, 2 Quorn Sausage (2 syns), Grilled Tomato, Mushrooms.

Dinner - Spaghetti (Wholewheat) Bolognese (SW Recipe).

Snacks - Alpen Light Bar (3 syns), Clementine, Grapes.

Drinks - Tea with Milk (5 Syns), Options Hot Chocolate (2 syns).

Total - 12 syns

I only had one sausage couldn't eat the other one.

Edited to add: So that's 11 syns for today.
