half way there and sooooooo happy!

In jan this year i weighed in at 18st 2! and managed to lose 1st 7 by july and then i started lipotrim TFR and have managed to lose 40lbs ( nearly 3stone ) in 9weeks! im off on holiday now for 3 weeks and so re feeding but then i will return to TFR and hope to lose another 30lbs ... wish me luck!
