after having this for *cough* a few weeks

and fiddling around trying to break the code so I could put it on my Iphone

lets say anythng apart from watch & DO it
I have just done it

well the warm up, cardio bit
abdominal work & cool down

I think its very good

and recommend it :D

I am thinking about giving this ago through March/April and see how it goes. Maybe three times a week with the gym three/four times a week too.

It looks like it could achieve some good results!

lets say If I can do this all the way through, at the same level as the people on the DVD
I would be pretty fit !!!
but you can do a low impact version too, or stop for a rest (Like me last night :D)
