I am thinking about giving this ago through March/April and see how it goes. Maybe three times a week with the gym three/four times a week too.
It looks like it could achieve some good results!
lets say If I can do this all the way through, at the same level as the people on the DVD
I would be pretty fit !!!
but you can do a low impact version too, or stop for a rest (Like me last night
