Thought you were on about the trifle then lol, but no the mixed fruit was dried mixed fruit! So high syns for the amount I ate!!
 
Monday 11th October

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (hxb), skimmed milk (1/2 hxa), artificial sweetner
Lunch - Heinz ww tomato soup (3 syns), pineapple
Dinner - Hot and spicy pork chop, 6 x crackerbread (6 syns), 3 x extra light cheese triangles (1/2hxa), marmite
Snacks - 2 x moam (4 syns), refresher (4 syns)

Syns - 17 syns

Gym - 27 mins crosstrainer, 10 mins treadmill
 
Ah I see. You can have some dried fruits for your hexb if you are keen on that sort of thing. I know what you mean by high syns for a small amount though, I always try and get the most value for my syns.
 
Monday 18th October

Breakfast - Rice pudding (2 portions) (hxb and 5 syns)
Lunch - Special k bar (4.5 syns), apple, 1.5 satsumas
Dinner - Pork hot and spicy, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
Snacks - Ff yoghurt

Total syns - 9.5 syns

Gym - 70 mins cross trainer
 
Tuesday 19th October

Breakfast - Apple, plum, banana and pear
Lunch - Can of tuna with 2tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn), apple, 2x alpen light (hxb)
Dinner - Chinese style pork, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushy peas
Snacks - Ryvita minis (5 syns)

Total syns - 6

Gym - 30 mins walking uphill treadmill, 7 mins rower, 10 mins stepper, 21 mins cross trainer
 
Wednesday 20th October

Breakfast - 2x eggs
Lunch - 2x alpen light (hxb), tuna with 2tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn), 2x satsuma
Dinner - Gammon with mushy peas, carrots and broccoli
Pudding - rice pudding (made with pudding rice, artificial sweetener and hxa milk)
Snacks - 2x go ahead crispy slices apple and sultana (6 syns), refresher (4 syns)

Total syns - 11

Gym - 38 mins cross trainer, 32 mins walking uphill treadmill

Go Hannah, looking good so far this week. You certainly put in the effort at the gym!
 
Thursday 21st October

Breakfast - porridge (hxb), artificial sweetener, skimmed milk (hxa) and banana
Lunch - Egg mayo sandwich (17 syns) tea (1 syn for sugar)
Dinner - pasta n sauce
Snacks - apple and alpen light (3 syns)

Total syns - 21

Add another 30 syns to that grrrrrr

Tuesday 2nd November

Breakfast - Porridge (hxB), skimmed milk (hxA) and artificial sweetner
Lunch - Pasta n sauce wholegrain tomato one
Dinner - Chicken curry and basmati rice made sw friendly (syn free), naan bread (36 syns) - i ate alot of it, mango chutney (5 syns)
Snacks - Snack-a-jacks (5.5 syns), Banana

Total syns - 46.5 syns (will cut back for the remainder of the week)

Breakfast - porridge (5.5 syns), with skimmed milk (hxA) and artificial sweetner
Lunch - chicken tikka slices from sainsburys (free), pink lady apple bag
Snacks - 2 x alpen light bars (hxB)
Dinner - Cod, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peas

Syns - 5.5
 
Thursday 4th November

Breakfast - porridge (5.5 syns) and skimmed milk (63%hxA) and artificial sweetener
Lunch - chicken tikka
Dinner - pasta n sauce
Snacks - 2x alpen light bar (hxB) and muller light new york cheesecake (1 syn), 2 x extra light cheese triangles (37%hxA)

Total syns - 6.5

Still not enough fruit and veg (none actually but brought apples bananas and clementines this evening)

Breakfast - porridge (5.5 syns) and skimmed milk (63%hxA) and artificial sweetener and banana
Lunch - Jacket potato with tuna mayonaise (1tbsp?? 5.5 syns - this is a guess as I ate out), apple and grapes
Dinner - Pork, sw chips and carrots
Snacks - 2x alpen light bar (hxB) and muller light toffee

Total syns - 11

Very happy with today! :D did much better with my third superfree!

Total syns - 10.5 syns

Another +1/2lb at weigh in grrrr!

Day 1 of fish week is going well! Haven't been at all hungry and I've eaten loads of super free food too! Just had my apple and am about to cook my cod :D
