About 5 months since I wrote in this so lets try again! Going to try pictures too. But bear with me...

Monday 9th January
B - weetabix with skimmed milk and artificial sweetener and a banana
L - tuna and pasta with 45g salad cream light (3 syns), apple
D - egg fried rice made with boil in the bag rice, 2 eggs, mushrooms (lots of!), peas and soy sauce

I guess today is more of a green day...ill post a pic of sat mornings breakast/lunch..well ill try!

Tuesday 10th January

B - 2 x weetabix with skimmed milk and artificial sweetener
L - Tuna and pasta with 30g salad cream (5 syns)
D - Egg fried rice
S - Apple and Banana

Lost 0.5lbs which was good considering the bad start and middle of the week :D Going to try harder this week!!!

Wednesday 11th January

B - 2 x weetabix, 150ml skimmed milk, artificial sweetener and an apple
L - tuna and pasta with 30g salad cream (5 syns), apple and banana
D - BBQ pork (7 syns estimated), noodles, peppers, onions
S - options hot choc (2 syns)

Total syns - 14

Exercise - walked home 50 minutes uphill

Thursday 12th January

B - 2 x weetabix, 150ml skimmed milk (40% hxA), artificial sweetener
L - tuna and pasta with 30g salad cream (5 syns), apple and banana
D - 2 egg omelette with 17g cheese (60% hxA), mushrooms (with season-all spice on them yummy!)
S - fizzy strip sweets (whole bag 16.5 syns, probably ate 2/3rds of them so 10 syns estimating)

Total syns - 15

Friday 13th January

D - pasta n sauce and mushrooms fried in season all spice and pineapple

Total syns - 5

Exercise - 50 minute walk home uphill

Saturday 14th January

B/L - lean bacon and 30g cheddar cheese (hxA) omelette
D - 85g fruit and fibre (35g hxB +9 syns) and 100ml skimmed milk (1.5 syns)
S - apple

Total syns - 10.5

Exercise - 1.85 mile run straight
 
Finally been able to upload pictures! The pic on friday night is of the pineapple! I bought BF a pineapple corer for christmas and that was the result, so quick and easy! Id definitely recommend!!
 
Wednesday 22nd February

B - fruit and fibre with 100ml skimmed milk (hxA and B)
L - 5 scan bran(hxB) 3 with tuna and salad cream (2.5) and 2 with dairylea triangles (hxA)
D - steak and broccoli

Exercise - 45mins kettlebells class
 
Thursday 23rd February

B - fruit and fibre (hxA and B)
L -ww pitta with tuna and salad cream (2.5)
D - hearty vegetable broth (hxB)
S - 2 eggs with seeded bread and butter (30)
 
Friday 24th February

B - n/a
L - hearty vegetable broth (hxB)
D - chilli and ww pitta (5)
S - dairy milk (5.5), haribo (3)

Exercise - body sculpt class 55 mins
zumba class 55 mins
