Thursday 28th July

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix, skimmed milk and artificial sweetener
Lunch - Sainsbury's chicken tikka slices, yogurt, snack-a-jacks (5.5 syns), refresher sweet (4 syns)
Dinner - steak, carrots, broccoli, boiled potatoes
Snacks - 3 x malted milk biscuits (6 syns) with tiny glass of skimmed milk rest of hxA allowance

Total syns - 15.5

Exercise - over an hour of swimming (70 lengths)

Well done on the exercise. Food looks good but are you getting enough superfree? Good luck for tomorrow, you should gave a great loss
 
I am finding it difficult to eat superfree at the moment like Thursday and yesterday, but I've done a lot better today (will post it in a sec!).

I am really excited about weigh in tomorrow!!! Have felt a massive change in my clothes this week, I just hope that's not giving me false hope for the scales! I've lost an inch off my hips, so need another 2 off before my dress will fit me!!!

Dinner - Chicken, peas, brocolli, green beans, roast potatoes (3 syns), yorkshire pudding (3 syns), refresher (4 syns), jelly tots (3 syns)

Today looks really good, much better for superfree. I'm sure you will get a fab loss tomorrow but don't focus on the weight too much at the moment. The important thing for you should be the inches lost so that you can get into your dress but with an inch in a week i dont think it will be an issue. You are doing fantastically well at the moment, keep it up;)
