L: roast chicken with lots of veg and some gravy 2 syns

S: hifi rocky road (1/2 heb) Cherry activia and golden kiwi

Party tea!!!!!
Beef wholemeal sandwich 1/4 (1/2 heb) and .5syn for spread
Bread stick 1syn turned down lots of cake

B: porridge and 2 x wholemeal ww thick with 2 tsp of lighter lurpak 3syn and marmite
L: m&s red pepper dressed calamari with lots of salad and 2 tbls of light
salad cream 1 syn

D: chicken breast stew with all superfree veg followed by a yogurt and an apple

Hea skimmed milk and Kerry low low cheese

Yawn.....extra easy day

B: crunchy bran and skimmed milk
S: apple and a mixed fruit pot, mango, pineapple and melon
L: three bacon, two fried eggs and a massive pile of red onion and mushrooms softened with fry lite. 1tbs brown sauce 1 syn
Activia peach .5 syn and a nectarine
1 mouthful of yoo moo choc blurgh vile so only 1 syn of the 7 syns it was for the whole pot!

D: asda lamb shank 1 syn with carrot, fine beans and new potatoes yummy

I've just had my first binge in 8 weeks :( really mad with myself, emptying the cupboards of all the bad stuff so I don't eat it :(
 
Dreading weigh in tomorrow, will learn from my mistakes and not put so much pressure on myself which resulted in my binge, fingers crossed for minimal damage on the scales tomorrow!! X
 
Well done that's fab!
I need to get my bum (or rather my head) in gear for next week to be a GREAT week. So I'm going to plan all my meals... And try and stick to it!

Thanks Hun, I've lost every week for 9 weeks now so I'm really in the zone, starting c25k with my consultant and two ladies at class tonight so that should be fun and boost my loss. Good luck for this week xxx
