Thanks, unfortunately that is my pre baby body that I'm trying to regain, I'll get there one day just with a couple of extra baby lines

B: wholemeal toast with clover light and marmite (HEB and 2 syns) 2 weetabix with skimmed milk and sugar (HEB part of HEA and 1syn)
S: banana and yogurt
L: pasta and ratatouille (1/2 syn)

Having my HEA in a nice warm latte before bed, would love to have a big bar of galaxy to go with it but I want to be slim more than I want chocolate so hot drink then bed for me 100% day ?
 
Extra easy 11/6/12

B: activia raspberry yog with grapes followed by poached egg on toast (HEB) with ham

L: large chopped salad with mackerel in spicy tomato sauce followed by an apple and banana

D: savoury mince (filled with onion, celery, carrot, swede) with sliced potato and spring greens and gravy (2 syns)

P: Alpen light and latte
 
Change of breakfast, I did have the grapes and yog but then had two boiled eggs with slices of ham and mushrooms, saving my HEB till later
 
Savoury mince packed with sf veg and topped with crispy potatoes served with mini roasters done in my actifry and spring greens all followed by my half syn raspberry and vanilla roulade

D: pork loin with Nandos sauce and large salad
